The role involves responding to service calls, performing repairs, and documenting work orders in a fast-paced hotel/casino environment.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of maintenance experience, including electrical and HVAC.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, other repairs).
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and take action.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Bristol; mentors team for superior guest service.
• Maintains, upkeep and repairs of facility and equipment.
• Responds to maintenance service calls in a timely manner.
• Repairs and maintains electrical, mechanical, and kitchen equipment.
• Performs repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Operates Building Automation System temperature controls; monitors generators.
• Performs event setups/teardowns safely and efficiently.
• Documents all work and maintains logs.
