Hard Rock Bristol is seeking a maintenance specialist to perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems. You will respond to service calls, support event setups and ensure everything remains in top condition for guests and staff.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of maintenance experience. Flexible shifts, background check, and drug screening are required.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience
• HVAC maintenance knowledge a plus
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and safety procedures
• Willingness to work varied shifts including holidays/weekends

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
• Respond to general maintenance service calls and ensure event setups are completed per diagrams
• Climb ladders up to 20+ feet and use basic hand/power tools safely
• Create and document service requests and complete work orders promptly
• Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities and comply with regulations
