Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to perform preventive and predictive maintenance across HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing, and related systems. You will respond to service calls and support facility operations to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems.
• Respond to general maintenance service calls in a timely manner.
• Operate and monitor Building Automation System; adjust temperature settings.
• Document work orders and maintain technical logs and records.
