Job summary

175 Hard Rock Bristol LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance across HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment at Hard Rock Bristol. The role reports to the Supervisor and responds to service requests to keep the gaming facility running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six years of maintenance experience, including troubleshooting and repair.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of general maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action.
• Working knowledge of maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
• Respond to maintenance service calls promptly and document work.
• Maintain cleanliness of engineering spaces and perform drills/inspections.
• Operate Building Automation System controls to adjust temperatures.
• Install/repair doors, furniture, flooring, and related items.
