Job summary

Hard Rock Bristol is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and predictive maintenance across HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing and carpentry systems. The role responds to service calls and ensures safe, efficient operation of the facilities.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 3 years of maintenance experience, with the ability to troubleshoot and work flexible shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of maintenance, repair and service and the ability to troubleshoot problems.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age and able to work holidays and weekends with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs and oversees facility upkeep and systems.
• Responds to maintenance service calls in a timely manner.
• Repairs and performs preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and kitchen equipment.
• Performs skilled maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry systems.
• Operates and adjusts Building Automation System temperature settings.
• Performs event setups and teardowns and documents all work orders daily.
