You will apply HVAC, electrical, and plumbing skills, perform repairs, and complete preventative maintenance programs while documenting findings and coordinating with the supervisor. This role emphasizes a professional demeanor and a team-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs as needed.
• Completes preventative programs on all systems including HVAC.
• Repairs interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings; patching drywall and painting.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, electrical, and plumbing maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Replace breakers, ballasts and electrical fixtures; identify hazards.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Complete interior wall repairs and painting as required.
