Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to ensure each unit and building are in top working order, delivering quality results for our guests with maintenance skills and customer service.

You will apply knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, perform repairs and preventative maintenance, inspect systems, and report deficiencies to supervision as part of a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to work with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs as needed.
• Perform plumbing maintenance such as pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, PVC/CPVC and fittings.
• Replace breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; troubleshoot hazards.
• Complete preventative programs on all systems such as HVAC.
• Repair interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings or texture and painting.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; adhere to safety programs.
