Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to ensure guest units and buildings are in optimal working order. You’ll apply HVAC, electrical, plumbing skills and uphold safety standards while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience with general facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Commitment to safety programs and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs as needed.
• Performs plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs with soldering, PVC, CPVC and fittings.
• Replaces breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures including switches and sockets; identify and fix potential electric hazards.
• Completes preventative programs on all systems such as HVAC.
• Complete repairs on interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings by patching drywall, replacing wood or wall coverings or texture and painting.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; adhere to safety programs.
