Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to ensure each unit and building is in perfectly working order.

You will apply your maintenance skills and strong customer service to deliver quality results for our guests, while maintaining safety and efficiency across all systems. The role involves HVAC, electrical, plumbing tasks and preventative maintenance, with responsibilities spanning repairs, inspections and reporting to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Willingness to perform repairs and adhere to safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate maintenance knowledge to HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs.
• Perform plumbing work (pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, Jacuzzi tubs) including soldering and PVC/CPVC fittings.
• Replace breakers, ballasts and electrical fixtures; address electrical hazards.
• Complete preventative maintenance programs on HVAC and other systems.
• Repair interior walls, wall coverings and ceilings; patching and painting as needed.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Adhere to the company’s safety programs.
