Job summary

Ring Container Technologies in South Carolina is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to ensure safe and efficient operation of plant equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and drive continuous improvements. The role requires strong electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read schematics and program machine logic.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; technical certifications welcomed.
5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting.
Must read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
Must follow safety standards including PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

Ensure safe, efficient operation of all equipment to meet OEE and quality targets.
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical equipment including wiring, motors, and controls.
Troubleshoot PLCs and electronic systems; read and update machine logic as needed.
Read schematics, blueprints, and hydraulic diagrams to guide maintenance.
Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance and document work.
Maintain maintenance records and support training and improvements.
