Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
• 2–3 years of preventative maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Commitment to safety policies and safe operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment to meet OEE and quality targets.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical problems as needed.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks per Maintenance Manager guidance.
• Maintain thorough records for EAM, work orders and parts inventory.
• Coordinate with Production/Maintenance on equipment training and development.
