Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment and meet OEE targets.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical equipment including motors and controls.
• Read schematics, manuals, and hydraulic diagrams; troubleshoot complex issues.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as directed by Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain accurate records for work orders, parts, and equipment history.
• Support training and development of production staff as needed.
