Job summary

Ring Container Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to ensure safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment, performing preventive maintenance and coordinating equipment changeovers as needed.

The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting within a manufacturing setting, with a high school diploma or GED. It involves maintaining records, training coordination, and adhering to GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical certifications/training relevant to servicing industrial equipment.
• 2-3 years of preventative maintenance experience in hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting in manufacturing.
• Sense of urgency, accountability and professionalism expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient operation of all equipment to meet OEE and quality goals.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment and perform mold changeovers as needed.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and review production reports to address inefficiencies.
• Maintain CMMS records for work orders and parts; coordinate equipment training with management.
• Operate Powered Industrial Truck, Boom Lift and Scissor Lift per OSHA guidelines.
