Job summary

Ring Container Technologies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to ensure safe operation of plant equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical issues, and maintain records of parts and repairs.

The role requires reading schematics, PLCs, and performing mold changeovers as needed. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial maintenance, a high school diploma, and relevant technical certifications.

Qualifications

• Sense of urgency and accountability in a manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma plus technical certifications for servicing industrial equipment.
• Five years of advanced hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient operation of all equipment to meet OEE and quality goals.
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain electrical equipment including wiring, motors and controls.
• Read schematics and troubleshoot PLCs and machine logic.
• Perform scheduled Preventative Maintenance and tool/mold changeovers as directed.
