Job summary

Radial is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to support Fulfillment Operations through minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and general duties across the facility. Responsibilities include assisting with electrical/plumbing/HVAC work, maintaining conveyors, and following safety guidelines.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, standing for long periods, and occasional overtime. This is a non-remote position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic technical and mechanical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Experience with safety procedures and lock-out/tag-out.
• Capable of physical tasks including lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends as needed.
• Experience with maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and equipment for continuous operation and repairs.
• Perform minor repairs and assist in maintenance and janitorial tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and applicable laws.
• Support with conveyor systems maintenance and repair.
• Assist with electrical, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, and furniture tasks.
• Manage inventory of tools and assist with access control as needed.
