Job summary

Pentair in Delavan, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to install, inspect, diagnose, repair and maintain production and facility equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and support training of junior technicians.

The role includes second-shift hours (3:00pm–11:30pm), with a starting hourly pay range of $27–$30 and a hiring bonus program. Benefits include paid holidays, health/dental/vision, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of technical training or related experience.
• Injection molding experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; strong maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC and injection molding machines to minimize downtime.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for proactive maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Document maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory.
• Train junior technicians and assist with Lean improvement activities.
