Job summary

Pentair Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the Delavan, WI area. You will perform preventive maintenance on CNC and injection molding equipment, inspect facilities, and conduct repairs with limited supervision.

The role includes Lean participation, spare parts management, and training junior technicians. The position offers a first-shift schedule (7:00am–3:30pm) with a $27.00–$30.00 hourly pay range, and a $1000 hiring bonus payable in two installments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of technical training or experience.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical docs for maintenance work.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines, injection molding equipment and test stands.
• Inspect buildings and systems, identifying maintenance needs and addressing them proactively.
• Carry out intermediate repairs in electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform repairs with limited supervision; document actions taken.
• Source components, manage spare parts inventory, and reduce downtime.
• Support Lean activities (Kaizens, RCCM, 5-Why, A3) to lower downtime and cost.
• Assist in training Junior Technicians and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
