Job summary

Pentair Management Company in Delavan, WI is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm, Monday–Friday). You will perform preventive maintenance on CNC, injection molding, and test stands, inspect facilities, and troubleshoot to keep production running smoothly. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of technical training or related experience.
• Injection molding experience preferred.
• Solid ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation for maintenance of manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Proficient in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures, and implementing effective repairs.
• Good communication skills and basic math and computer proficiency.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Overtime availability as needed for maintenance functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production machines (CNC, injection molding, and test stands) to prevent breakdowns.
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs.
• Carry out intermediate repairs in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair with minimal supervision.
• Address issues in basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.
