Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Ave Maria, FL, is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for the 2nd shift to perform predictive and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment. A high school diploma and 2 years of related experience are required. The role emphasizes ISO/FDA quality, safety compliance, and teamwork.

The 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm with rotating weekends. Training and growth opportunities are offered in a global medical device environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of related training and experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance required.
• Intermediate knowledge and experience with maintaining manufacturing equipment and processes.
• General computer skills with a preferred understanding of Microsoft and SAP software.
• Advanced electrical knowledge with an understanding of circuits and switches; hydraulic/pneumatic principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and document results in a timely manner.
• Maintain operations in compliance with policies and OSHA regulations.
• Follow the Preventive Maintenance Schedule as established by the Maintenance Manager and Planner.
• Perform complex repairs correctly and with minimal error or rework.
• Anticipate potential problems and communicate effectively to management.
• Keep up to date with ISO/FDA and internal quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Assist with building/facilities repairs & maintenance duties as needed.
