The position operates on a 10-hour day, 4-day week rotating crew schedule with shifts from 3:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Responsibilities include verifying work orders, detecting molding defects, maintaining cycle-time standards, and accurate documentation in SAP.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives work order and verifies components are correct.
• Verifies work before proceeding with operations.
• Identify molding defects and notify technician or process tech when they occur.
• Meet set standards for cycle times on molding machines.
• Complete documentation correctly and consistently, including SAP reporting.
• Verify inspection tools issued to the job are available and correct.
• Maintain inspection process at AQLS C=0 @2.5.
• Consistently produce good quality products and meet productivity targets.
• Inspect parts to specifications using micrometers, calipers, fixed gauges and optical gauges.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE in the molding area.
• Keep workstation and shop floor neat, clean and organized.
