Job summary
Arthrex Manufacturing in Ave Maria, FL is seeking an Operations Specialist to support packaging of quality medical instruments on the 2nd shift. You will assemble, inspect, and package components, document outcomes, and help maintain clean room procedures ensuring GDP compliance.
The role emphasizes adherence to work instructions, equipment operation, and safe, efficient production to meet customer needs and company goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of manufacturing or quality control experience required.
- Competency Training within 3 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections on parts using engineering prints, inspection procedures or work instructions.
- Assemble and package medical device components, kits, or packaging per instructions and in clean room.
- Record data and apply statistical quality control procedures.
- May perform nondestructive tests to measure performance/characteristics as needed.
- Label and apply labels to pouches/blisters; assist in label reconciliation.
