Job summary

Arthrex Manufacturing in Ave Maria, FL, is seeking an Operations Specialist on 2nd shift to produce Quality Medical Instruments in line with procedures and packaging processes. You will support assembly, inspection, and packaging to meet customer needs and participate in continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance quality.

The role requires following GMP and GDP guidelines, maintaining accurate records in DHR/ERP, and ensuring safe work practices in a clean room environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of manufacturing or combined manufacturing and quality control experience required.
• Competency Training within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections on parts using engineering prints and procedures.
• Assembles and packages medical device components and kits.
• Records data and applies statistical quality control procedures.
• Performs nondestructive tests as needed to measure performance.
