Arthrex Manufacturing in Ave Maria, FL is seeking a Machine Operator (Packaging) to produce quality medical instruments in accordance with Arthrex procedures and packaging processes. The role supports assembly, inspection, and packaging to meet customer needs while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

The position involves 1st and 2nd shifts, requires a High School diploma with some manufacturing experience, and demands the ability to read work instructions, work in a clean room, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of manufacturing experience related to assembly and/or packaging preferred.
• Basic knowledge of packaging processes, product assembly, visual inspection, packaging and labeling requirements.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions/documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly and semi-annual terminal cleaning in the clean room.
• Assemble and package medical device components, kits and packaging per procedures.
• Print and apply labels onto pouches and blisters; assist in label reconciliation.
• Operate clean room equipment and report maintenance issues; assist in line changes and setups.
