Arthrex Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:30 pm with rotating weekends) at Ave Maria, FL. The role focuses on predictive and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment to support production growth.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 2 years of related maintenance experience. Familiarity with SAP, Windows, and Microsoft tools is preferred, along with strong electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of related training and experience in preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Intermediate knowledge of maintaining manufacturing equipment and processes.
• General computer skills with a preferred understanding of Microsoft and SAP software.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing machinery (e.g., CNC, injection molding).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and document results.
• Maintain operations in compliance with policies and OSHA regulations.
• Follow Preventive Maintenance Schedule set by Manager/Planner.
• Perform complex repairs with accuracy and minimal rework.
• Communicate potential problems to management.
• Adhere to ISO/FDA and internal QA policies.
• Assist with building/facilities repairs as needed.
