Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliances, minor electrical).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor. Follow safety programs.
