As a Maintenance Tech I in Redmond, OR, you will ensure every unit and building is in perfect working order, using your maintenance skills and customer service expertise to make dream vacations a reality for our guests.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and can-do attitude with team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain outside landscape and manage trash.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; comply with safety programs.
