Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Maintenance Technician I in Texas to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, and to perform preventive maintenance. You will develop short and long-term repair plans to improve quality and efficiency, and mentor operations staff in maintenance techniques.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in maintenance, strong mechanical skills, and experience reading schematics. This role may involve lifting, operating machinery, and collaborating with engineers and safety teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of maintenance or production experience at AUMOVIO.
• Excellent mechanical ability and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Repair or replace failed components and improve quality and efficiency.
• Develop short and long-term repair plans; reduce downtime with root-cause countermeasures.
• Mentor operations personnel in maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics; work with engineers on line moves and installations.
