Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude or interest in mechanical work.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, withstand repetitive motions.
• Willingness to learn electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on production machines and building facilities.
• Assist with preventive maintenance tasks and schedules.
• Perform light carpentry, plumbing, and general repair work as needed.
• Assemble, test, and adjust equipment as instructed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
• Read and interpret basic diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and work orders.
• Identify and organize parts and maintain inventory of tools and supplies.
• Report faulty operations or unusual situations to supervision.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and material handling equipment safely.
