AUMOVIO Autonomous Mobility US, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to maintain, repair, and optimize manufacturing equipment on an onsite basis. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and collaborate with engineers to improve line efficiency.

The role requires hands-on mechanical abilities, ability to read schematics, and experience with PM procedures. A climate-controlled facility with rotating shifts and safety training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of maintenance or production experience at AUMOVIO.
• Excellent mechanical ability and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints & electrical schematics.
• Ability to read electrical & pneumatic schematics.
• 1+ years with machines, pneumatics, hydraulics, gears, bearings, and drive components.
• 1+ years PM procedures and logging.
• Strong math skills for measurements and graphs.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic databases.
• English reading, writing and speaking.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Relocation assistance is not provided.

Responsabilités

• Perform basic maintenance tasks (greasing, oiling, grinding, drilling).
• Follow maintenance procedures and document work with drawings and files.
• Operate, set, and regulate machinery and use hand tools.
• Develop short/long-term repairs to improve quality and efficiency.
• Support Defects Per Million, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, and Scrap goals.
• Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning for new equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical & electronic issues; interpret schematics.
• Coordinate with engineers for line moves and installations.
