Job summary

AUMOVIO Autonomous Mobility US, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician I/II for A-Shift Days to maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency. The role entails following established procedures and documenting activities, with collaboration across engineering, operations, logistics, and safety teams.

The position requires mechanical aptitude, ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics, and PM experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of prior maintenance or production experience at AUMOVIO.
• Strong mechanical ability and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints & electrical schematics in equipment manuals.
• 1+ years experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, gears, bearings, drive components, and equipment alignment.
• 1+ years experience with PM procedures, including performing PMs and logging completion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain manufacturing equipment and perform repairs or component replacements.
• Follow maintenance procedures and document drawings/files; understand hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Diagnose malfunctions per manufacturer guidelines and provide on-the-job training.
• Coordinate line moves, installations, and improvement activities with engineers and managers.
• Support efforts to meet Defects Per Million, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, and scrap goals.
