Responsibilities

• Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Perform service requests and repairs as directed (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make-ready units as directed.
• Repair or replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
• Clean and maintain landscape; handle trash pickup.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; follow safety programs.
