Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to ensure guest units and buildings are in top condition. You will apply maintenance skills and customer service to deliver reliable, high-quality results for guests.

Responsibilities

Perform all general facility maintenance under supervision in a manner that preserves quality and efficiency.
Perform service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
Maintain make-ready units as directed.
Repair and replace general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, furniture, cabinetry).
Clean and maintain outside landscape and manage trash removal.
Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
Adhere to safety programs.
