Qualifications

• Must present a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Handle service requests and repairs (Painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Maintain make-ready units and repair/replace fixtures as needed (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture).
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape and remove trash; assist with landscape tasks.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies; follow safety programs.
