Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech I to help ensure each unit and building is in perfect working order. This role focuses on general facility maintenance, repairs, and make-ready tasks to support guest experiences in a hospitality environment.

You will work with a team, or independently, applying basic handyman skills and a professional demeanor. Benefits include comprehensive health and welfare options for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Customer service expertise and professional appearance are required.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills sufficient for general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality.
• Address service requests and repairs (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Make-ready units and repair general fixtures (doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture).
• Perform outdoor landscape cleaning and trash removal.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
• Follow safety programs and procedures.
