Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and efficiency.
• Handle service requests and repairs (painting, appliances, electrical, carpentry) as directed.
• Maintain make-ready units as directed.
• Repair doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry as needed.
• Clean and maintain exterior landscape and dispose of trash.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor; follow safety programs.
