Job summary

Creamland Dairies, LLC is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to service production, processing, and packaging equipment on a full-time basis. The role requires performing preventive and emergency maintenance, reading schematics, and supporting new equipment installations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or technical training, 2–4 years of related experience, and the ability to work with limited supervision while collaborating with teams.

Qualifications

• Education and experience in maintenance, mechanical, electronic, PLC/HMI, HVAC or related areas.
• Trade/technical schooling preferred in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, welding, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing maintenance experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on production, processing, and packaging equipment and related utilities.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections to assess reliability and performance.
• Read schematics and manuals to perform required maintenance and service.
• Support installation of new equipment and assist operators with training.
• Document repairs and complete paperwork accurately per SOPs.
• Maintain safety, GMP, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
