Job summary

Borden Dairy is seeking a maintenance technician to install, maintain, and repair production equipment in our facilities. You will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot electronic systems to keep lines running at peak performance.

The role requires reading schematics, following manufacturer specs, and working safely under OSHA guidelines. Weekend and shift flexibility is expected to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school, or related experience in manufacturing equipment maintenance.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service on production equipment per manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to meet company performance standards.
• Interface, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic computerized systems and equipment.
• Comply with all company work and safety rules and regulatory requirements, using PPE as needed.
• Record data accurately and maintain documentation.
