California-Dairies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform safe maintenance, repair, and installation of dairy production equipment. You will troubleshoot a range of industrial systems, follow plant safety and quality programs, and work with operators and senior technicians to minimize downtime.
The role emphasizes detailed documentation and adherence to SOPs. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with at least 2 years in manufacturing maintenance or related fields,
Qualifications
- Must have working knowledge of plant maintenance and preventative maintenance operations.
- Basic knowledge of VFDs, photo eye, proximity sensors, gearbox reducers, and network communication.
- Knowledge of chemical testing and water quality for utilities.
- Must demonstrate good judgement in duties.
Responsabilités
- Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure uptime.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks and document work orders.
- Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Follow safety procedures and plant SOPs.
- Complete required maintenance documentation and reports.
