Job summary

The Post Oak is seeking a maintenance professional to perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently. This role supports carpentry, painting, drywall, and general maintenance tasks, and may involve handling hazardous chemicals.

Responsibilities include facility maintenance, plumbing repairs, assisting trade teams, and keeping work areas clean while delivering quality results.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Related degree preferred or accredited certifications.
• Minimum 2 years' experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for all maintenance and repair of the facility.
• Repair of plumbing and associated equipment i.e. toilet replacement, snake stopped drains, repair leaks in piping, faucets and drains.
• Assisting all trades: painters, engineers, electricians, welders, and carpenters.
• Cleaning of shops, trash, sweeping, picking materials up from job sites, etc.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
