Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a DHS Background Study.
• Reasoning ability to solve practical problems, deal with variables, work independently, and interpret instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and installations including electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
• Install, maintain, and repair appliances, equipment, vehicles, or related items.
• Paint interior and exterior facilities and property as needed.
• Remove snow and ice and maintain landscaping as required.
• Attend scheduled shifts and trainings and adhere to policies.
