Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and grounds at our properties. This full-time role supports resident safety and comfort, with a Monday–Friday schedule and on-call responsibilities for emergencies.

You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prior experience in maintenance is preferred.

• Experience in general maintenance work including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach.
• Attention to detail and thorough task completion.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and related equipment.
• Respond to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete repairs.
• Inspect properties regularly and report potential problems.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.
