Wisteria at Warner Center is seeking a Maintenance Tech III - HVAC to join our founding team. The role involves maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing equipment across the community, with emphasis on safe, efficient operations and exceptional resident service.

The position is full-time and onsite in Woodland Hills, CA, offering a competitive hourly rate and a comprehensive benefits package to support well‑being, development and success.

Qualifications

• Five years of increasing responsibilities in troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems and plant operations equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical controllers, boilers, HVAC, and associated equipment.
• EPA Universal Refrigeration certification is required.
• Ability to read complex electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Maintain, repair, and install electrical, HVAC and plumbing equipment throughout the community.
• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems, and identify maintenance risks.
• Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide direction to coworkers and serve as a positive role model.
• Deliver excellent resident service, including following up on work orders and keeping residents informed.
