Job summary

Wisteria at Warner Center is hiring a full-time Medication Technician to support residents with medication management and daily living activities at our Woodland Hills, California community.

The position offers comprehensive benefits, paid time off, holidays, tuition assistance, and a wellness program. Compensation is $24.80 per hour, with opportunities for development in a brand-new continuing care retirement community opening Summer 2026.

Qualifications

• Six months+ experience as Medication Technician in a Senior Living Community or Pharmacy setting.
• Current First Aid and CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications and document per policy.
• Respond to on-site emergencies with the emergency response team.
• Take vital signs as indicated.
• Provide personal escort services and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Provide clerical support and receptionist duties for the department as needed.
• Participate in disaster preparedness and other community activities.
• Other duties as assigned by the Department Director.
