Wisteria at Warner Center, a brand-new Continuing Care Retirement Community, seeks a Maintenance Tech II for its Woodland Hills campus. This full-time, onsite role focuses on preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and building/system repairs as part of a dedicated Plant Operations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical schooling preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in commercial/healthcare settings.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics; basic HVAC understanding.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of building systems.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance items as needed.
• Complete apartment turnovers with repairs and touchup painting.
• Maintain pools, koi ponds, and water features; on-call duty as scheduled.
• Instruct residents on thermostat usage and safe work practices.
