Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent manufacturing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity in stressful situations with a positive attitude
• Basic machining skills
• Basic welding skills
• Ability to work independently and in a group; must own hand tools
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support major repairs, upgrades, and improvement projects
• Safely accomplish assigned tasks
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop equipment specifications and proactive maintenance strategies
• Comply with safety regulations
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Other duties as assigned
