Job summary

Asbury Communities is seeking a PRN maintenance professional to support Ivy Gables Senior Living in Wilmington, DE. Join a compassionate team and help maintain a welcoming, safe environment for our residents.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, every other weekend, 4-hour shifts; $20/hour based on experience. The role emphasizes general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks aligned with our standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in a maintenance setting.
• Valid Driver's License, required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and follows maintenance schedule/instructions from Executive Director and as outlined in established maintenance policies and procedures.
• Performs general maintenance tasks.
• Performs minor repairs, alterations or additions in accordance with daily work assignments or as directed by supervisors.
• Should have some experience with electrical, plumbing and painting.
