Job summary

Switchpoint Inc is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to perform basic maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks on equipment, facilities, and systems. The role operates under close supervision and focuses on learning company procedures, safety standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities include inspections, troubleshooting, basic repairs, record-keeping, and supporting senior technicians.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Tech school training or maintenance certification (preferred).
  • 0-2 years of maintenance or related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance practices.

Compensation
