Job summary

Switchpoint Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to independently perform maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems. Requires intermediate technical skills and the ability to diagnose issues with minimal supervision.

The role involves reading blueprints and supporting installations, upgrades, and process improvements, with strong emphasis on safety compliance and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of industrial or facility maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, motors, controls, and PLC troubleshooting.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and maintenance software.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

Compensation

Wage range between $22.00-$24.00/hour
