Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping at our multifamily communities. You will respond to service requests, inspect units, and help keep properties in top condition.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–4 years maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license. CFC certification preferred; must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Join a team focused on growth and quality housing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, or an acceptable alternative.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred; candidate must attain within 90 days of hire.
• 3-4 years of maintenance experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and janitorial tasks to maintain curb appeal and apartment quality.
• Assist with storage area maintenance and materials; refurbish and renovate units per standards.
• Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and unit quality; report safety concerns.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and maintenance supervisor; assist with scheduling and vendor coordination.
• Respond to customer service requests, including after-hours emergencies as needed.
