Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform on-site upkeep, repairs, and cleaning to maintain curb appeal and quality apartment homes. You will respond to service requests and support safety and maintenance operations across properties.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. CFC certification is preferred; 401(k) and health benefits are offered as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CFC Universal Certification preferred; must be attained within 90 days of hire.
• 3-4 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services as assigned.
• Maintain storage areas and materials.
• Refurbish and renovate apartments per company standards.
• Walk property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality.
• Notify Community Manager of safety concerns and participate in safety meetings.
• Possess knowledge of property-specific problems such as asbestos.
• Perform other duties as required.
• Maintain accurate records of tasks completed.
